Simplicity in Motion

Imagine how, as a child, you stared at the trail left behind a firework as it arcs across the sky - a simple, mono-plane, organic curved line moving through space and time. Perfect.

Taking inspiration directly from Umberto Boccioni’s Unique Forms of Continuity in Space, the Simplicity in Motion series seeks to symbolise the forms created, by an object, moving from one point to another.

The artist seeks to represent motion through the beauty of natural, fluid organic shapes. Physical interaction - touching - is encouraged to further enhance the viewers’ experience to help anchor you in the present space and time. For the touch of now is but a fleeting moment.
